Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola, located in Adamawa State, is a premier federal university in North-East Nigeria. Originally established in 1981 as a specialized university of technology (MAUTECH), it recently transitioned into a comprehensive conventional university. Pay close attention to document uploads: all files (including your Birth Certificate and LGA Indigene Letter) must be in PDF format and strictly sized between 200kb and 300kb to prevent system rejection. Finally, ensure your results are verified on JAMB CAPS.
Direct Entry candidates must choose MAU Yola as their first choice. They must possess at least a Lower Credit in their 'A' Levels, National Diploma (ND), or HND programs in related and relevant fields. NCE with a Merit grade or IJMB/JUPEB are also accepted.
The university conducts a strictly online Post-UTME screening. Candidates log into the portal using their JAMB Registration Number as BOTH their Username and Password. After a ₦2,000 Remita payment, candidates must upload scanned copies of their JAMB Result/Acknowledgement Slip, O'Level result(s), Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age, and Local Government Indigene Letter. Direct Entry candidates must also upload their A'Level/ND/HND/NCE results. All uploaded documents must be in PDF format and sized between 200kb and 300kb. Finally, O'Level results must also be uploaded to the JAMB CAPS portal.
