Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on AdmitNode's Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on AdmitNode's Website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This will let AdmitNode terminate upon violations of any of these restrictions. Upon termination, your viewing right will also be terminated and you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether it is printed or electronic format.

AdmitNode sells digital study guides (such as our JAMB Subject Mastery Guides) for a one-time fee, processed securely through Paystack. Guides are delivered digitally upon successful payment.

Because these are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final once a guide has been successfully delivered. If you experience a failed payment, a guide that does not download, or a file that is corrupted or materially different from what was advertised, contact us at buildwithidm@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

AdmitNode's content is intended primarily for prospective students, including those preparing for JAMB, WAEC, and related admission processes, as well as their parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, consistent with our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, we encourage you to review this site together with a parent or guardian, particularly before making a purchase.

All the materials on AdmitNode's Website are provided "as is". AdmitNode makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, AdmitNode does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its Website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Website.

AdmitNode or its suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on AdmitNode's Website, even if AdmitNode or an authorized representative of this Website has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.
