Candidates must choose LASUSTECH as their first choice institution and score a minimum of 180 in the UTME. Applicants must possess at least five (5) O'Level credit passes in not more than two sittings. WAEC and NECO are accepted, but NABTEB is strictly not allowed. Awaiting results are accepted provided they are uploaded before the admission window closes.

Traffic along the Ikorodu-Shagamu road can be incredibly brutal, especially on market days. To save your sanity and your pocket money, prioritize renting a lodge directly in the 'First Gate' area so you can easily walk to your lectures. If your course is at Isolo or Surulere, brace yourself: the cost of rent in these central Lagos metropolis areas is drastically higher than in Ikorodu.
