Direct Entry Rules
Direct Entry candidates must possess a minimum of an ND/HND, NCE, or acceptable passes in JUPEB/IJMB or A-Levels in relevant subjects.
Post UTME Screening Format
KOMU conducts an online Post-UTME screening exercise. Candidates must ensure their O'Level results are uploaded to JAMB CAPS, as the screening is strictly based on verified JAMB scores and uploaded WAEC/GCE/NECO/NABTEB results.

Medicine and Surgery sits under the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences. Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University (KOMU), formerly known as Eastern Palm University, is a state-owned tertiary institution located in Ogboko, Ideato South LGA, Imo State. Originally established in 2016 as a public-private partnership, it was fully reclaimed by the Imo State Government and renamed in 2021 in honor of the legendary Nigerian nationalist, Dr. K.O.
