Returning Full-Time students pay significantly less: ND 2 (₦21,000) and HND 2 (₦23,000), which includes an optional ₦5,000 Swimming Proficiency fee. The Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), located in Effurun, Delta State, is Africa’s premier oil and gas technological institute.
