Five (5) O'Level Credit passes including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than two sittings (Note: Highly competitive federal departments frequently enforce a single-sitting rule).
The initial screening is entirely online via the SAFApply admission portal. Candidates must log in, verify their eligibility using their JAMB Registration Number, and pay the ₦2,000 fee. Crucially, candidates MUST upload their O'Level results to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS). A final physical document verification is conducted at the campus before full matriculation.
Direct Entry candidates must possess a minimum of an Upper Credit at the National Diploma (ND) level or three Advanced Level (A/L) passes in relevant subjects. A credit grade in IJMB Basic Mathematics is highly acceptable for Science-based courses.
The single biggest mistake candidates make when applying for Nursing Science at KSUSTA is assuming that hitting the university's baseline general cut-off mark ensures eligibility for the screening process. Nursing operates inside highly restrictive capacity caps mandated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). If you score below the hard departmental minimum, your portal choice will face immediate drop filters regardless of aggregate score metrics.
