Federal Polytechnic Bali was established by the Federal Government of Nigeria in 2007 to drive technical and vocational education in the North East. For admission into Higher National Diploma (HND) programs, candidates must possess a National Diploma (ND) from an accredited institution with a minimum of Lower Credit in a relevant discipline, along with evidence of a mandatory one-year post-ND Industrial Training (IT).
