Direct Entry candidates applying for the 3-year Degree programs must possess an NCE, ND, Diploma, or Advanced NABTEB with a minimum of a Merit grade in relevant subjects. Direct Entry candidates who did not register with JAMB are subject to a special ₦15,000 screening fee (+ ₦1,000 portal fee).
The college operates a hybrid manual/digital payment system. Candidates pay ₦2,500 (Screening) + ₦1,000 (Portal Fee) into Midland Bank, Omoku (Account Number: 1130323089). The bank teller must be converted into an official receipt at the College Bursary before completing the online form. Printed application documents must be forwarded to the Directorate of Degree Program office alongside 5 items: a recent passport photo, original JAMB UTME/DE printout, O-Level results, LGA identification, and Birth Certificate/Age Declaration.
