Federal College of Education Ididep (FCEI) is a newly established federal teacher-training institution located in Ibiono Ibom Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. Approved by the Federal Government in 2023, the college is fully registered with the NCCE and JAMB. It is mandated to produce highly qualified teachers at the basic and foundation levels of education, operating across five distinct schools including Languages, Sciences, Arts & Social Sciences, Vocational & Technical Education, and Early Childhood Care.

💡 Pro Tip: Applying to FCE Ididep is currently very streamlined and highly accessible. If you scored 100 or above in the UTME, you simply need to change your first choice institution to FCE Ididep on the JAMB CAPS portal. Unlike many institutions requiring 5 credits, FCE Ididep uniquely requires a minimum of just four (4) O'Level credit passes in relevant subjects.
