Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara (DESPO), is a premier state-owned technical institution located in the agricultural town of Otefe, Ethiope West LGA, Delta State. Established in 2002 by the Delta State Government through a unique partnership with Westminster University, London, DESPO was conceptualized to champion Entrepreneurial Acquisition and IT advancement.
