The Cross River State Institute of Technology and Management (CR-ITM), widely known as ITM Ugep, is a state-owned technical institution located in Ugep, Yakurr LGA. Established in 2012 by the Cross River State Government in strategic partnership with Highbury College, Portsmouth, UK, the institute was designed as a transformational Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) project. Recently, amid the establishment of the new Federal Polytechnic Ugep, CR-ITM has streamlined its active academic offerings, focusing its resources on producing highly competent graduates in Business Administration & Management and Computer Science.
